Responsibilities:

  • Lead, drive and manage the ecommerce team.
  • Responsible for all forecasting and planning, online merchandising, Ecommerce operations management: responsible for managing and executing the daily e-commerce operations: fulfilment, distribution, customer service, order management, site performance, technical partners.
  • Track sales and review orders daily. Monitor conversion rates, bounce rates and click-through rates to maximize sales potential.
  • Build campaigns and manage web calendar, in synchronization with the marketing calendar to increase ecommerce sales on platform
  • Work with CRM to launch & monitor ROI of campaigns driving to site e.g. E-mail campaigns: define frequency, offers, segments, etc.
  • Manage performance media budget e.g. Social campaigns, Search Engine Marketing to increase traffic to.com for recruitment and maximize ROI
  • Manage site efficiency & conversion rates by providing Central office with daily updates and opportunities on improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree
  • At least 3-4 years of e-commerce experience
